Reservation Requirements and Cancellation Fees

A 50% deposit is required for booking

Full payment must be made no later than 75 days prior to the first day of the tour.

100% refund if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to the Guide up to 60 days before the first day of the Tour (minus en eventual non-reimbursable expenses the Guide paid to organize the Tour, which will be detailed by the guide);

75% refund if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to the Guide between 59 and 45 days before the first day of the Tour (minus en eventual non-reimbursable expenses the Guide paid to organize the Tour, which will be detailed by the guide);

50% refund if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to the Guide between 44 and 30 days before the first day of the Tour (minus en eventual non-reimbursable expenses the Guide paid to organize the Tour, which will be detailed by the guide);


No refund if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to the Guide less than 30 days before the first day of the Tour.
