23.05.2006 The expedition is finished. In 3 days yaks will come and I leave this beautiful place. We have to go home.

21.05.2006 Valeri climbed a new route to Chomo Lonzo North. Now route " Small Prince" on South-West face of Chomo Lonzo North (7200m) in solo.

15.05.2006 Valeri changed his plan. Valeri's goal is the West Face of Chomo Lonzo North, 7200 m.

15.05.2006 Valeri returned to the BC after second attempt. He has just made his second attempt to climb the West Face of Chomo Lonzo Main, but it was not successful.

02.05.2006 The Advanced Base Camp is organized. The Base Camp had been officially opened on April 26.

02.05.2006 Valeri’s expedition reached the Base Camp. Finally on April 24, the expedition reached the Base Camp on altitude of 4750 m.

21.04.2006 The weather proposes an amendment From Valeri’s phone call, “… It has been snowing for two days now..."

16.04.2006 Valeri’s telephone call from Kathmandu. On April 12 Valeriy came to Kathmandu. Even though it was a first day after the strike, people were friendly and all shops and markets were opened.
