09.06.2005 Just right now Valeri called home. Connection was very bad, but he could say some news.
Since 7 to 8 June we made a new route on the South Face of MacKinley for 14 hours. Length is 1600 meters (we did not go to the top because of the bad wather - no vision around). We called the route "Magic Direct". Went down to BC for 2-3 days. Details after return.
